Will it make me groggy in the morning?
Sublingual melatonin clears faster than a swallowed gummy that is still digesting at 7 a.m. If you are sensitive, take the strip 30 minutes before bed instead of 15, or choose the Selank Blend, which carries a lower melatonin dose.
Original or Selank Blend?
Original is the everyday strip: melatonin 3 mg, magnesium glycinate, GABA and B6. Selank Blend swaps magnesium for a proprietary 12 mg blend of GABA, Selank and melatonin, and is labeled and sold for research use only.
How fast does it dissolve?
